💛 Our 14-day guarantee
Try it. If it isn't right for you, ask for your money back within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full — no explanation needed, no conversation required.
You do it yourself from your dashboard. It goes through straight away; the money usually lands back on your card in 5–10 business days, and your access ends at that point.
After 14 days we can't refund automatically — but you can still ask, and a real person will read it. On a payment plan you can cancel any time and you simply won't be charged again.
What BizNiche is
BizNiche is a learning program. We help you discover a business idea that fits who you actually are — through the 6 Keys — and we walk you through building a working app in six weeks.
What we don't promise
We want to be straight with you about this, because plenty of people in this space aren't.
We don't guarantee your app will succeed. Not that anyone will download it, use it, buy it, or that it will earn a single dollar. Nobody can honestly promise that.
Our Reality Check is research, not a prediction. It looks at what exists today and tells you what it found. It can be incomplete, and it can be wrong.
Results are different for everyone. What you get out of this depends on your effort, your idea, your timing, and plenty of things none of us control.
None of this is professional advice. Not business, financial, legal, or tax advice. If you're making a real decision with real money, talk to someone qualified.
We don't control the tools you'll use. The course uses outside tools like Claude and v0. They have their own terms, their own prices, and they change without asking us.
What we do promise: you'll build something real that's yours, and you'll learn how it's done. That part is on us — and it's what the guarantee is there for.
Learners under 13
A parent or guardian creates the account and adds each learner. We ask for a learner's first name so the course can speak to them by name — nothing more. We don't ask children for an email address, we don't show them ads, and we never sell anyone's information.
Discovery answers are stored so a learner can pick up where they left off. As the account holder you can ask us to delete a learner and their answers at any time — email unlockyourbizniche@gmail.com and we'll do it.
Your information
What we keep: your email, your learners' first names, course progress, and Discovery answers.
Card details: we never see them. Payments run through Stripe, who hold that data, not us.
We don't sell your data. Not to anyone, for any reason.
Deleting it: email us and we'll delete your account and everything attached to it.
Your work is yours
Whatever you build is yours — the idea, the app, the name, all of it. We don't claim any part of it and we won't publish your work without asking you first.
The course itself — the 6 Keys, the lessons, the prompts — belongs to BizNiche. It's for you and your family, not for resale or redistribution.
Fair use
One purchase covers one household. If you're a co-op, a school, or a group, get in touch — we'd genuinely like to help, and there's a better way to do it than everyone sharing a login.
